The Santis health platform provides unrestricted access to high-end medical services. Platinum O3 American Express Cardmembers who are eligible can take advantage of this benefit.

Benefit terms and conditions

Card members can enjoy 24/7 free unlimited access to the best health care within selected cities via the Santis health care platform with an eligible O3 American Express Card. A profile must be setup for beneficiaries on the service provider’s platform and would have a peculiar verification ID.

Benefit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to change at any time without notice to you.

Step-by-step customer process

Step 1– After Activation of your O3 American Express Card, you will receive an email

Step 2 – Click the link to Santis Luxury Medical Concierge

Step 3 – Sign up for Santis Luxury Concierge

Step 4 – Once you have submitted your details

Step 5 – A Customer Care Representative from Santis Luxury Medical Concierge will contact you

Step 6 – Upon your agreement, a virtual consultation is organized with you and a Medical doctor to identify the type of treatment to be provided..

Step 7 – Arrangements are made for the preferred treatment plan (Home Care Service or Hospital).

Step 8 – After assessment and completion of treatment

Step 9 – An invoice is sent to the customer after full treatment is completed.
