First Stage – customers can walk in to order their food either in person in any of the Chicken Republic outlets. The ordering process is simple and straightforward. Once the order is placed, customers can expect their food to be prepared quickly and served to them in a timely manner. The food is then packaged and taken to the customer’s table.
Second Stage – the receipt Is provided which includes the cost of the order and other pertinent details. After the meal, customers can pay for their order either in cash or credit card. After payment is complete, customers can leave the restaurant with their food or order it to be delivered to their home.
